 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement.
Please note that processing time may vary for customized or made-to-order items.

 Shipping Charges in India

• We offer free shipping in India (Only on orders above ₹499).
  For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process

 COD Orders

•  Additional handling charges of ₹50 will be applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

 Domestic Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 Business days from the date of order dispatch, depending on the shipping address and selected shipping method.

• Please note that order processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons festive time or promotional periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience

• Please Note [COD order shall dispatched after confirmation on the call. COD Orders usually take extra time than the Prepaid orders, some extra days are required at the shipping company’s end for processing.

 International Orders Shipping Charges

•  Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and selected shipping method.

• The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalized.

 International orders are shipped and delivered through Indian post, and other registered international courier companies   (DHL,Fedx,Aramex,UPS,USPS,Dtdc,etc.)

 International Order Delivery time

•  Delivery times vary based on the destination country, shipping method, and customs clearance processes.
• India Post International Tracked Packet service (Not Insured but Track-able) takes 6 to 15 days to deliver anywhere in the world
• India Post InternationalAir service (Track-able & Insured) takes 5 to 10 days to deliver anywhere in the world
• International (Registered) Couriers take 4 to 6 days to deliver anywhere in the world

** Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters, may affect the delivery timeframes. We will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

 International orders Customs, Duties, and Taxes

•  Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

•  We recommend contacting your local customs office or relevant authorities for more information on import regulations and potential charges.

• In case of “PARCEL RETURNED UNCLAIMED” that is if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping Service Agent and/or the package is refused by the recipient. There will be no refunds.

  Orders Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details.

•  Use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or through the relevant shipping carrier’s website.

 Address Accuracy

•  It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses. Please double-check the shipping information during the checkout process to avoid any delivery delays or misplacements.

 Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

• We currently ship to select countries. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, we regret that we cannot fulfill orders to that location at this time.

•  In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in the best possible manner.
